We represent clients in connection with the negotiation of commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, sales agency, purchase & sale, financing and other agreements) and the preparation of standard contracts and other legal documents and forms, such as Terms & Conditions, Warranties, Terms of Use, Employee Handbooks and other Corporate Policies.

We draw up executive employment and consulting agreements and handle related matters, including in connection with the engagement, retention and termination of C-level talent and independent contractors.

We advise on intellectual property issues and collaborate with external specialists in connection with the registration of intellectual property rights. We advise on licensing arrangements, including relating to SaaS, patents, trademarks and copyrights.

We act as outside U.S. general counsel and address ongoing commercial and corporate compliance and housekeeping matters as well as regulatory compliance (e.g., relating product liability, data protection & privacy laws).

We advocate for our clients in connection cross-border and domestic dispute, whether through negotiation, mediation, litigation or arbitration.

We identify, engage and manage outside legal counsel and other professionals to support our clients.
