Sarah Sue Landau
Summer Associate

Sarah Sue assists on cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial matters, the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies and other legal entities, as well as on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. She also assists clients in connection with a variety of commercial contracts and compliance issues under US federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Reiss+Co., Sarah Sue completed her second year at NYU Law School.  She spent the summer after her first year of law school working for the Honorable Eileen Rakower (New York Supreme Court).  She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University with a double major in Psychology and Business and a minor in Legal Studies. 

In her spare time, Sarah Sue likes to play basketball and sing in a choir.
