Judit Ottrubay advises and supports clients on corporate, contractual and other commercial matters, including the formation and operation of different legal entities, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, corporate reorganizations, as well as real estate transactions, often with an cross-border aspects.

In addition, Judit assists clients in connection with employment and data protection, privacy and other compliance issues under the U.S. federal, state and local laws.

Prior to joining Reiss+Co., Judit worked as an associate for a major Swiss business law firm in Zurich (Switzerland), dealing with litigation and corporate and commercial matters.

Judit holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from NYU School of Law.
