Gabi Stefansky assists the firm with a broad range of corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. In this role, he supports the preparation and review of legal documents, conducts legal research, coordinates client and transaction-related materials, and assists with ongoing matters handled by the firm.

Gabi provides support in connection with U.S.-related transactions and matters for domestic and international clients, including the formation, maintenance and dissolution of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. He also assists with the preparation and review of commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and corporate policies, as well as advising on governance structures and legal compliance.

In connection with real estate matters, Gabi assists with the documentation of acquisitions, dispositions, and the leasing and subleasing of commercial properties, including office spaces, warehouses, showrooms, retail stores, production facilities, and other commercial properties. He also provides legal support for real estate financing transactions, primarily on behalf of borrowers.

In addition, Gabi supports clients (primarily employers) with employment, data protection, privacy, and other regulatory matters under U.S. federal, state, and local laws. He assists in the preparation and review of executive and other employment, service and consulting agreements, issues relating to the offer, engagement and termination of employees and independent, related compliance matters, the preparation and review of employee handbooks and employment-related corporate policies.

Prior to joining Reiss+Co., Gabi held operational, management and business development positions reporting to senior leadership. Among other things, he was tasked with structuring and managing  large-scale operations, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and handling complex data systems.

As a citizen of Belgium and Switzerland, Gabi brings a global perspective to his work with international clients and is fluent in multiple languages, including Dutch, German and French.

Gabi is currently pursuing a law degree (J.D.) at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York City.
