Lorenz Wolffers

Lorenz Wolffers focuses his practice on immigration and naturalization law. Lorenz has served as counsel to CBS News and major clients in the financial and fashion industries. He has an excellent track record with complex business immigration cases, including temporary visas and green cards for individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business visas for intra-company employee transfers (L-1), for the employment of foreign individuals (H1-B) as well as for investors and treaty-traders.
Lorenz also has a background in finance and audit law and has worked on major international SEC enforcement matters. He has worked as a staff attorney in an international law firm, as an associate in a criminal law firm and was a legal adviser to government agencies and non-profit organizations in Switzerland, including the Swiss Federal Audit Office and the Swiss Fund for Needy Victims of the Holocaust.
